Pickled Vegetables

Directions

  1. Dissolve sugar or honey in vinegar.
  2. Combine carrot and daikon.
  3. Cover with vinegar mixture and marinate 12 - 24 hours. Drain and reserve.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. daikon radish
  • 4 oz. Carrots
  • 2 cups rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar, or honey
