Pineapple Habanero Wings

Directions

  1. Fry frozen wings at 350°F for 6-8 minutes. Heat fully cooked wings to an internal temperature of 140-145°F.
  2. Place all ingredients into a sauce pan on low heat. Heat for 2-4 minutes or until jelly is fully melted and incorporated. Adjust desired heat levels with Habanero chili peppers and toss wings with sauce and serve.

  • 4 to 6 ea Tyson® Magnum® Fully Cooked, Oven Roasted Bone-In Chicken Wings
  • 12 oz Pineapple jelly
  • 7 oz Pineapple, finely chopped
  • 4 oz pineapple juice, concentrate
  • 4 oz agave syrup
  • 4 oz rice vinegar
  • 1 oz soy sauce, lite
  • 4 oz peppadew peppers, minced
  • pepper(s), habanero, minced, to taste
