Pineapple Habanero Wings
Directions
- Fry frozen wings at 350°F for 6-8 minutes. Heat fully cooked wings to an internal temperature of 140-145°F.
- Place all ingredients into a sauce pan on low heat. Heat for 2-4 minutes or until jelly is fully melted and incorporated. Adjust desired heat levels with Habanero chili peppers and toss wings with sauce and serve.

- 4 to 6 ea Tyson® Magnum® Fully Cooked, Oven Roasted Bone-In Chicken Wings
- 12 oz Pineapple jelly
- 7 oz Pineapple, finely chopped
- 4 oz pineapple juice, concentrate
- 4 oz agave syrup
- 4 oz rice vinegar
- 1 oz soy sauce, lite
- 4 oz peppadew peppers, minced
- pepper(s), habanero, minced, to taste
