Quiche Lorraine


  1. Place pastry crust into a quiche pan and pre bake at 400 for about 10minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix together the bacon, cheese and onion and evenly distribute onto crust. Cover with egg and cream mixture.
  4. Place on sheet pan and place into oven to bake. Should take about 20- 25 minutes. Check doneness by testing center with a toothpick. Done when toothpick come out clean.
