            Roasted Red Pepper and Basil Salsa
            
                
                    Directions
                    
    - In a large bowl, combine the bell peppers, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 
 
    - Stir to blend. Let sit about 20 minutes, then stir in the basil and serve.
