Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
Directions
- Using a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and sausage. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and tomatoes. Cook for 3 minutes. Remove from pot. Reserve.
- Add Campbell's® Reserve Roasted Red Pepper & Smoked Gouda Bisque. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add cheese, oregano, parsley, roasted peppers, salt and pepper.
- Add sausage mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- To Serve, use a 4-oz. spoodle to portion 1/2 cup of cooked pasta onto plate. Top with 1 cup sausage mixture. Serve immediately.

- 4 oz onion, thinly sliced
- 48 Sweet Italian Pork Sausage, yield from 1 ounce raw, large diced
- 1/2 oz garlic, roasted, mashed
- 1 4 lb pouch Campbell's® Reserve Roasted Red Pepper & Smoked Gouda Bisque
- 8 oz cheese, smoked Gouda, shredded
- 2 tsp oregano leaves, chopped
- 2 tsp parsley, fresh, chopped
- 16 oz Red Bell Pepper, roasted, julienne
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 32 oz penne pasta, cooked, drained
