Roasters Exchange Iced Coffee
Directions
- Double batch your coffee dose, and use twice the coffee per brew (i.e. use 2 bags instead of 1 bag)
- Fill a large pitcher with ice. Use a 1-gallon pitcher filled with ice for a 64-oz decanter or airpot brewer. Use a 3-gallon pitcher filled with ice for a 1 ½ gallon shuttle brewer.
- If possible, brew the coffee directly into the ice filled pitcher. If that is not practical, brew the double strength coffee into the normal decanter or urn and immediately pour the double strength coffee into the ice filled pitcher (the ice will melt yielding either 1 or 3 gallons of coffee depending on the size of your brewer).
- The coffee will be cold as soon as you are finished.
- Stir in one 13.7oz can of your favorite sweetened condensed milk per finished gallon (either 1 or 3 cans depending on the size of your pitcher). Add 4 pumps of your favorite Monin syrup as desired, garnish with whipped cream. and serve up profits all day long!
