Directions
- Place tuna on grill and sear to desired temperature.
- To assemble the dish, place grilled vegetables and seared tuna on top of grilled romaine. Dress with the tomatoes, radishes, and ponzu. Garnish with more radish and shaved walnuts.

- 2 tsp McCormick® Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple Seasoning
- 4 tuna, steak(s)
Tomato Salad
Directions
- Drizzle romaine with olive oil and salt and pepper.
- Place on hot grill and lightly char and dice.

- 3 tbsp lemon(s), juiced
- 1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary® Black Pepper, Ground
- 1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary® Oregano, Ground, Mediterranean Style
- 3 tbsp oil, olive
- 1/2 head Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Romaine, Head(s), charred
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Grape
- 1/2 tsp salt
Grilled Vegetables
Directions
- Season the zucchini with a generous amount of Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple and black pepper.
- Drizzle with Canola Oil, and place on a very hot grill. Cook until tender.
