Spicy Shrimp Poutine with Sweet Chili Sauce


  1. Cook French Fries accord to directions on package. Keep warm.
  2. Place olive oil into hot sauté pan; add shrimp, garlic and black pepper, and cook until done.
  3. Place eight ounces of hot fries into serving dish. Top with three ounces of pepper jack cheese and seven shrimp approximately one third of a pound.
  4. Drizzle with two ounces of sweet chili sauce and finish with one half teaspoon of red pepper flakes.


  • 20 oz Asian Pride® Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 3.5 lb Bay Winds® Shrimp, White 21-25 Count, raw
  • 1.5 tbsp red pepper, crushed
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s)
  • 2 oz Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 5 lb Simplot® Select Recipe Fries 3/8" Straight Cut Skin-On 6/5lb
  • 2 lb West Creek® Cheese, Pepper Jack, diced into cubes
