Spicy White Bean and Chicken Chili
Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Stir in spices and remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.

- 4 1/2 oz chilies, green, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Lawry’s® Garlic Salt, Coarse Grind with Parsley
- 1/4 tsp McCormick Culinary® Chili Powder
- 2 tsp McCormick Culinary® Cumin, Ground
- 3/4 tsp McCormick Culinary® Oregano, Ground, Mediterranean Style
- 1/4 tsp McCormick Culinary® Red Pepper, Ground
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), chopped
- 1/2 cup West Creek® Broth, Chicken
- 1 1/2 lb West Creek® Chicken, Breast(s), Boneless Skinless, cut in 1/2" cubes
