Spicy White Bean and Chicken Chili

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Stir in spices and remaining ingredients until well blended.
  4. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.

  • 4 1/2 oz chilies, green, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lawry’s® Garlic Salt, Coarse Grind with Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp McCormick Culinary® Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp McCormick Culinary® Cumin, Ground
  • 3/4 tsp McCormick Culinary® Oregano, Ground, Mediterranean Style
  • 1/4 tsp McCormick Culinary® Red Pepper, Ground
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), chopped
  • 1/2 cup West Creek® Broth, Chicken
  • 1 1/2 lb West Creek® Chicken, Breast(s), Boneless Skinless, cut in 1/2" cubes
