Sriracha Beef Cabbage Bowl

Directions

  1. For the Sriracha Beef, warm beef in oil in a large saucepan.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. Hold for service.
  3. For the Sriracha-Lime Dressing, combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. For the Salad, toss together coleslaw mix, pepper strips and snap peas.
  5. On individual serving plates mound salad. Top with 4 ounces meat mixture. Drizzle with dressing.

  • 2 lbs DAN’S PRIZE® All Natural Pulled Beef, thawed
  • 2 tbsp oil, vegetable
  • 1 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 1 cup onion(s), green, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 oz Sriracha
  • 2 lime(s), zested and juiced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 lime(s), juiced
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • salt, to taste
  • 12 cups coleslaw, mix
  • 2 cups pepper(s), red bell, cut into strips
  • 2 cups snap peas, trimmed
