Tangy Tzatziki Sauce
Directions
- Place the diced cucumber into a towel and squeeze dry. Discard the water.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Place into a container with a lid and refrigerate.

- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp mint, fresh, chopped fine
- 1 ea lemon zest
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil, olive, extra virgin
- 1 tsp vinegar, red wine
- 2 tsp salt, kosher
