Thai Mango-Chili Wings
Directions
- Place all ingredients EXCEPT for chopped fresh cilantro and Thai Red Chilis, into a sauce pan and heat on low for approx. 2-4 minutes or until the jelly is fully melted and incorporated.
- Transfer sauce to a container and add only the Thai Red Chilies.
- Toss the Wings in the sauce and directly before serve add the chopped cilantro and serve!

- 4 to 6 ea Tyson® Magnum® Fully Cooked, Oven Roasted Bone-In Chicken Wings
- 16 oz Mango purée
- 12 oz Mango jelly
- 2 oz Ginger purée
- 2 oz Lemongrass purée
- 8 oz jalapeño(s), micro diced
- 1 oz Thai red chiles, minced
- 6 oz rice vinegar
- 4 tbsp cilantro, fresh, leaves, chopped fine
- 6 oz agave syrup
- 2 oz mustard, dijon
- 1 oz lemon juice
