Directions
- Pat the ribeye steaks dry with a paper towel. Rub both sides with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer for desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the ancient grains and Baby Bakers™ according to package instructions. Keep warm.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat the caramelized-style onions until warmed through. Set aside. Steam or microwave the broccoli until tender. Warm the cheese sauce.
- Plate the grilled ribeye and top with a generous serving of caramelized onions. Add a scoop of grains to the side. Place the Baby Bakers on the plate and add the broccoli florets. Drizzle the broccoli with cheese sauce or place the sauce in a ramekin. Garnish with fresh parsley.

- 2 lbs. Simplot Simple Goodness™: Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup cheese sauce, prepared
- parsley, fresh, chopped, as garnish
