Big Mac 'N Cheese Burger
Directions
- To prepare the Smoky BBQ Mayonnaise, combine Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise and Knorr® Chipotle Barbecue Sauce and whisk until smooth. Reserve refrigerated.
- To assemble the burger, grill the patties.
- Spread 1 tbsp. BBQ Mayonnaise on each side of the bun, then add grilled beef patty, 1/4 cup Knorr® Soup Du Jour Macaroni & Cheese, two slices of bacon, and onion.
- Serve.

- 4 lbs. beef, ground, 80/20, formed into 6 oz. patties
- 10 ea. burger buns, toasted
- 1 qt. BBQ mayonnaise, as prepared
- 2 1/2 cups Knorr® Professional Soup du Jour Macaroni & Cheese, prepared
- 20 slices bacon, cooked
- 10 slices onion, grilled
- salt and pepper, to taste
