Blue Cheese Loaded Fries

Directions

  1. Marinate NY strip steak in 2 fl oz of Gorgonzola Vinaigrette for at least 4 hours.
  2. Fry wedge potatoes, drain and plate.
  3. Top with sliced steak, drizzle Deluxe Bleu Cheese Dressing and finish with blue cheese crumbles.

  • 8 oz. Wedge potatoes, fried
  • 4 oz. Black angus NY strip steak, marinated, sliced thin
  • 2 fl. oz. Ken's® Gorgonzola Vinaigrette
  • 2 oz. cheese, blue, crumbles
