Burnt Ends Flatbread
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees, place parchment paper on sheet pan.
- Place flat bread sheet on the pan and brush lightly with olive oil followed by BBQ sauce.
- Top with shredded cheese, brisket burnt ends, onions, and red pepper.
- Bake until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Remove from oven, cool, slice, and plate.
- Drizzle with BBQ Sauce, garnish with crispy onions and chopped green onions.

- 1 oz onion, caramelized
- BBQ sauce, as needed, for garnish
