Butterball® Chipotle Mayonnaise
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients and blend well.
- Place into a covered container; label and date.
- Allow the sauce to marinate for at least 2 hours under refrigeration before using.

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Chipotle pepper(s) in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime, juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
