Cajun Pork Chops

Directions

  1. Mix paprika, cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper, sage, and garlic salt on a plate.
  2. Liberally coat each pork chop with the spice mixture.
  3. Heat olive oil and several pumps of non-stick, butter-flavored spray in a large skillet over high heat.
  4. Place pork chops in the skillet, reducing heat to medium.
  5. Cook until the pork is no longer pink in the center, 8 to 10 minutes. Pork should be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 160ºF.

  • 2 1/2 tsp. paprika 
  • 1 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin, plus 3/4 tsp. extra
  • 1 1/4 tsp. sage, dry
