Cali Portobello Burger
Directions
- Place burger on grill to heat up.
- Place mushrooms in fryer to fry to golden brown.
- Butter bun and toast on flat grill. Place bun on plate. Place lettuce on bottle bun, then top with lettuce, then onion then tomatoes.
- When burger is hot add cheese to melt. Place cheese burger on top of tomatoes then top burger with mushrooms.
- Drizzle the sauce over mushrooms, shingle top bun and add side then serve.

- 1 oz creole sauce
- 1 Heritage Ovens® Bun(s)
- 3 oz mushroom(s), portobello
- 1 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce
- 1 slice Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s)
- 2 slices Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es)
- 1 Southwest burger
- 1 slice West Creek® Cheese, Gruyère
