Churrasco Style Gyros Street Tacos

Directions

  1. Warm the grilled Flatbreads on a 325°F griddle.
  2. Heat the KronoBROIL® Gyros Slices in the oven, microwave or on a flat top grill.
  3. Fill the Flatbreads with the heated Gyros Slices and top with Chimichurri Sauce. Top with pickled onion and grated Feta or Cotija cheese.

  • 1 tbsp Chimichurri Sauce
  • 1 tsp cheese, cotija
  • 3 Kronos® Grilled Thin Flatbread, 4 in
  • 6 oz KronoBROIL® Gyros Slices
  • 1/4 oz onions, red, pickled

Fresh Chimichurri Sauce

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor – add fresh parsley, fresh garlic, fresh cilantro, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, fresh lime juice, champagne vinegar, crushed red pepper flakes and salt. Process until emulsified.
  2. Add finely diced Spanish (white) onion to this mixture.

  • 1 tsp salt, kosher
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), White, finely diced
