Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Sauté bell pepper with a small amount of vegetable oil before adding to casserole.
- In ramekin/small serving dish, place crumbled biscuits and top with scrambled eggs, sautéed pepper, onion, Country Sausage Gravy, and cheddar cheese.
- Place in oven until warmed and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.

- 3/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, small diced
- 3/4 cup red onion, small diced

- 3/4 cup cheese shredded, cheddar
