Dulce de Leche Dip with Cinnamon Tortillas


  1. Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, caramel sauce, milk, and powdered sugar until they are well incorporated.
  2. Cut the tortillas into fourths and fry until crisp.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar immediately after removing from the fryer.
  4. Put the dip into a small bowl and drizzle with caramel sauce. Serve with cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.
