East Coast Italian Special Pie

Directions

  1. Spread dough to a 16” Circle – leaving 1 inch of dough to rise on edge of pizza. Spread sauce over dough.
  2. Top with Mozzarella evenly.
  3. Sprinkle all other ingredients evenly over dough.
  4. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in 550 degree F deck oven for 9 to 12 minutes or until desired color of cheese.

  • 8 oz Bacio® Cheese, Mozzarella, shredded
  • 3 oz Roma® Capicola
  • 2 oz Roma® Genoa Salami
  • 2 oz Roma® Cup 'N' Char pepperoni
  • 4 oz Roma® hot Italian sausage, cut into coins
