Directions
- Puree chipotle and mayonnaise in blender until smooth.
 - Prepare the Flame-Roasted Corn and Jalapeño blend according to package directions.
 - Combine corn blend, butter, lime juice, cumin, salt and 2 oz. chipotle mayonnaise in a large bowl.
 - Garnish with Queso Fresco.

 - 2 oz chipotle chiles in Adobo sauce
 - 1/2 cup Contigo® Cheese, Queso Fresco Crumble, grated
 - 2 tbsp lime, juice
 - 2 oz Nature's Best Dairy® Butter
 - 2 tsp salt, chili lime
 - 2 1/2 lb Simplot® RoastWorks®: Flame-Roasted Corn & Jalapeño Blend
 - 1 cup West Creek® Mayonnaise
