Fig and Prosciutto Flatbread


  1. Place 3 tablespoons of Sabra Classic Hummus and 3 tablespoons of fig jam randomly on the naan or flatbread. Spread roughly across the flatbread.
  2. Top with prosciutto, cheese and optional pine nuts.
  3. Bake in preheated 400 degree F oven on a lower rack for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and browned. Remove from oven.
  4. Place arugula on top of flatbread.


  • 3/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Arugula
  • 3 tbsp jam, fig
  • 2 tbsp cheese shredded, Gruyère
  • 2 tbsp Sabra® Classic Hummus
  • 1 Heritage Ovens® Bread, Flatbread(s)
  • 1 tsp Roma® Pine Nuts
  • 3 slices Roma® Prosciutto
  • salt and pepper
