Fig and Prosciutto Flatbread
Directions
- Place 3 tablespoons of Sabra Classic Hummus and 3 tablespoons of fig jam
randomly on the naan or flatbread. Spread roughly across the flatbread.
- Top with prosciutto, cheese and optional pine nuts.
- Bake in preheated 400
degree F oven on a lower rack for 10-12 minutes or until
crispy and browned. Remove from oven.
- Place arugula on top of flatbread.

- 3 tbsp jam, fig
- 2 tbsp cheese shredded, Gruyère
- 2 tbsp Sabra® Classic Hummus
- 1 Heritage Ovens® Bread, Flatbread(s)
- 1 tsp Roma® Pine Nuts
- 3 slices Roma® Prosciutto
- salt and pepper
