Ham and Cheese Roll Ups

Directions

  1. Proof dough ball, covered, in refrigerator overnight or on counter for a few hours.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking tray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough (already brought to room temp) on a floured surface. Cut into 6 squares, then half each square to make 2 triangles, for a total of 12 triangles. On each triangle, lay one slice of ham (folded over if necessary), and one half slice of cheese.
  4. Starting at the wide end, begin rolling up. It is OK for the ham and cheese to show through the sides. Place the roll ups on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until brown and crispy on top. These are great served warm, room temperature or even right out of the refrigerator.
