House-made Sausage Pizza

Directions

  1. Combine ground pork, black pepper, parsley flakes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, fennel seeds, crenulated onion and Kosher salt and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Combine Ultimo and Roma pasta sauces and set aside.
  3. Prepare dough ball according to instructions.
  4. Top with sauce to desired thickness, then top with shredded cheese. Pinch pieces of sausage between thumb and forefinger and place on top of the cheese.
  5. Bake 8-10 minutes or until sausage is cooked through and cheese is melted.

  • 4 tsps. fennel, seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, powder

  • 1 Tbsp. onion, granulated
  • 4 tsps. parsley, flakes
  • 4 tsps. pepper, black, ground
  • 10 lbs. pork, ground
  • 1 Tbsp. red pepper, flakes, crushed
  • 1 Roma® Dough Ball, 16 oz.
  • 3-4 oz. Roma® Marinara Sauce
  • 3-4 oz. Ultimo!® Pizza Sauce, Fully Prepared
