Indian Butter Chicken
Directions
- Add oil and butter to sauce pan and let it melt. Add spices and simmer for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook chicken. When cooked, add tomato & sugar, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add yogurt & lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over rice.

- 2 tsps. paprika
- 4 each cardamom, pods
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsps. coriander
- 2 tsps. garam masala
- 1 tsp. ginger, grated
- 1 Tbsp. lemon(s), juiced

- 2 Tbsps. Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 28 oz. tomato, purée
- 6 oz. West Creek® Chicken, Breast(s), Boneless
- 1/4 cup yogurt, Greek, plain fat-free
