Indian Butter Chicken

Directions

  1. Add oil and butter to sauce pan and let it melt. Add spices and simmer for 1 minute.
  2. Add chicken and cook chicken. When cooked, add tomato & sugar, simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add yogurt & lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsps. paprika 
  • 4 each cardamom, pods
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsps. coriander
  • 2 tsps. garam masala
  • 1 tsp. ginger, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon(s), juiced
  • 1 Tbsp. Nature's Best Dairy® Butter

  • 2 Tbsps. Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 28 oz. tomato, purée
  • 6 oz. West Creek® Chicken, Breast(s), Boneless
  • 1/4 cup yogurt, Greek, plain fat-free
