Kikkorangi Bleu Cheese Slider


  1. Place burger on grill and season with your choice of seasoning. Place bun on grill to toast.
  2. Slice Roma tomato.
  3. Place bun on plate, place lettuce on bottom bun. Place Bleu cheese on burger to melt. Place tomatoes on lettuce, place burger on tomatoes.
  4. Place top bun and finish with bamboo knot pick through the middle.

  • 2 oz Kikkorangi Bleu Cheese
  • 1 oz lettuce, baby field greens
  • 1 each Heritage Ovens® Bun(s), Slider
  • 2 slices West Creek® Roma tomatoes
