Lobster and Grapefruit Salad
Directions
- Remove lobster from the package and drain well.
- Peel grapefruit and cut into Supremes.
- Peel and thin slice avocado. Season the lobster and grapefruit with lemon, oil, salt and pepper, green onions and parsley. Place on sliced avocado that has been arranged on a chilled plate.

- Roma black pepper , to taste
- 2 tbsp oil, olive, extra virgin
- 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Grapefruit, large
- 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), green
- Kosher salt, to taste
- lemon juice
- 4 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh Italian Flat-Leaf
