Peak Fresh Produce® Lyonnaise Potatoes
Directions
- In a large sauté pan heat butter and olive oil over medium high heat. Add potatoes to pan and cook turning for 4-5 minutes.
- Now add onions and cook 3-4 minutes until caramelized.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lbs Peak Fresh Produce® Yukon gold potatoes, sliced lengthwise and then cut in half moons
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, julienne
- 4 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
- 1/2 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 1/4 cup Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
