Peak Fresh Produce® Lyonnaise Potatoes


  1.  In a large sauté pan heat butter and olive oil over medium high heat. Add potatoes to pan and cook turning for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Now add onions and cook 3-4 minutes until caramelized.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve.


  • 2 to 3 lbs Peak Fresh Produce® Yukon gold potatoes, sliced lengthwise and then cut in half moons
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, julienne
  • 4 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
  • 1/2 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
