Salmon Lettuce Wraps

Directions

  1. Marinate Salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
  2. Grill fillets over medium-high for about 10 minutes turning once, or until cooked.
  3. Cool slightly then flake into bite size pieces.
  4. Place fish pieces into lettuce cups and garnish with desired toppings.

  • 4 175 g Bay Winds® Atlantic salmon portions, thawed
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
  • 8 Boston lettuce leaves
  • cucumber strips, optional/as desired
  • crispy Chinese noodles, optional/as desired
  • water chestnuts, slivered, optional/as desired
  • onion(s), green, sliced, optional/as desired
  • red pepper strips, optional/as desired
  • sesame seeds, optional/as desired
  • Asian chili sauce, optional/as desired
