Sweet and Spicy BBQ Shrimp
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients, mix well.
- Thread shrimp and chicken onto separate skewers, brush both liberally with sauce.
- Arrange skewers on grill rack, 8-10 inches above medium-hot coals - ash grey and glowing. Grill chicken for 7-9 minutes, turning and basting frequently with sauce. Grill shrimp 4-6 minutes, turning and basting frequently with sauce.
- In a small heavy saucepan, heat remaining sauce to serve with chicken and shrimp.

- 8 oz chicken breasts, boneless, cut into 1 inch portions
- 2 tsp Sauer Brands℠ Dried Chopped Chives
- 1/2 cup preserves, peach
- 8 oz shrimp, (40-50 count) shells removed, tails intact
- 1/2 tsp tarragon, leaves
