Vanilla-Bean Panna Cotta
Directions
- Sprinkle gelatin in milk and allow to bloom for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile in a sauce pot combine all ingredients together and bring to a simmer. Once the mixture comes to a soft simmer, remove from heat and strain into a clean bowl.
- Allow mixture to cool and pour into desired molds. Place in refrigerator until time of use. Un-mold and serve with appropriate accommodates.

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 oz vanilla extract, pure
