Asian Pride Thai Chili Vinaigrette

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor add egg yolk, soy sauce, chili sauce, lime juice, ginger, and honey.
  2. Blend for 1 minute.
  3. While running slowly add sesame oil then olive oil until absorbed.
  4. Pour into bowl and stir in green onion. Refrigerate until needed.

  • 1 Nature's Best Dairy® egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp West Creek® Honey
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), juice only
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Asian Pride® Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Asian Pride® Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp Asian Pride® Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar, rice wine
