Asian Pride Thai Chili Vinaigrette
Directions
- In a blender or food processor add egg yolk, soy sauce, chili sauce, lime juice, ginger, and honey.
- Blend for 1 minute.
- While running slowly add sesame oil then olive oil until absorbed.
- Pour into bowl and stir in green onion. Refrigerate until needed.

- 1 Nature's Best Dairy® egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® ginger, minced
- 1 tsp West Creek® Honey
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), juice only
- 1 tbsp
- 1 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Asian Pride® Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Asian Pride® Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp Asian Pride® Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar, rice wine
