Contigo® Black Beans
Directions
- Heat olive oil in tilt skillet add onions, and garlic. Cook for 5-6 minutes over medium high heat.
- Add black beans to skillet and add cumin, green onion, chili powder, salt, green chili, pepper, and cilantro. Stir until warm.
- Serve.
Ingredients
- 1 #10 can Contigo® black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), small dice
- 2 cups Contigo® green chili, drained
- 1 tsp Magellan® Cumin
- 1 tbsp Magellan® Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, minced
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
