Contigo® Black Beans

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in tilt skillet add onions, and garlic. Cook for 5-6 minutes over medium high heat.
  2. Add black beans to skillet and add cumin, green onion, chili powder, salt, green chili, pepper, and cilantro. Stir until warm.
  3. Serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 #10 can Contigo® black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), small dice
  • 2 cups Contigo® green chili, drained
  • 1 tsp Magellan® Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Magellan® Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, minced
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
