            Fire Grilled Yukon Potatoes
            
                
                    Directions
                    
    - Toss potatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
 
    - Melt butter, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper over low heat.  Once butter is melted remove from heat. 
 
    - Cook potatoes on medium heat portion of grill for 2-3 minutes then place in a bowl and toss with rosemary butter.
 
    - Place potatoes on a platter and serve with fresh rosemary as a garnish.

                                    - 2 lbs Peak Fresh Produce® Yukon gold potatoes, baby, par boiled and cut in half
 
                                    - 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
 
                                    - 1/4 tsp sea salt

                                    - 1/4 lb Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
 
                                    - 1 tbsp Roma Garlic, minced
 
                                    - 1/4 tsp sea salt
 
                                    - 1/4 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
 
                                    - 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Rosemary, Fresh, chopped fine
