Green Chili Queso
Directions
Heat olive oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Pour cream into pan and whisk in chicken base. Add green chili and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Whisk the cheese into cream until desired consistency. Fold in cilantro and serve warm with chips.

2 cups Corazo® Tres-Amigos shredded cheese
2 tbsp West Creek® Base, Chicken
1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Yellow, small dice
1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), minced
1 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
1 tsp Magellan® Cumin, ground
1/2 tsp Magellan® Chili Powder
2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh, minced
2 cups Contigo® roasted green chili, drained and rinsed
