Grilled Peach Crisp
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium high heat, and cut peaches in half, brush with cooking spray and grill flat side down.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, flour and granola in a bowl and mix.
- Place peaches on a piece of foil, grilled side up. Spoon the granola filling into the center of the peaches. Fold over foil until sealed and bake for 10 minutes @ 350 F.
- Remove and plate, top with Vanilla Bean Gelato, finish with Sea Salt Caramel Sauce.

- 4 peach(es), cut in half, pit removed

- 1/4 cup West Creek® Flour
- - West Creek® Sauce, Caramel
- 1/4 cup West Creek® Sugar, Brown, packed
