Jerk Seasoned Allegiance Tenderloin
Directions
- Season the outside of the tenderloin with the Jerk seasoning. Heat oil in a pan and sear the outside of the pork. Finish in the oven.
- Meanwhile wipe out the pan and melt the butter. Toss in the pineapple and red pepper. When the pineapple starts to brown add the honey and black pepper.
- Reduce and spoon over rice. Place the finished pork on top.

- 1 tbsp black pepper, coarse ground
- jerk seasoning
- 1/2 lb Nature's Best Dairy® Butter
- oil
- 1 julienned Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Red
- Peak Fresh Produce® Scallion(s), chopped for garnish
- Peak Fresh Produce® Scallion(s), chopped for garnish
- 1 pineapple(s), fresh, peeled and diced
- 3 tbsp West Creek® Honey
- West Creek® Rice, White, steamed
