Lomo Saltado

Directions

  1. Season and cut the beef into strips.
  2. Heat the oil and stir fry the beef. Remove and set aside.
  3. Stir fry the garlic, ginger, green onions and peppers.
  4. Add the General Tso sauce. Stir in the chili paste and tomatoes. Add the beef into the sauce.
  5. Ladle the beef over the rice.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and fries

  • Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, sliced
  • 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Yellow, diced
  • 1/2 cup Asian Pride® General Tso Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Aji Amarilla paste
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Roma , peeled, deseeded and cut into strips
  • for garnish Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro
  • 1 cup rice, white, cooked
  • 3 to 4 oz West Creek Highway 40 fries , cooked
