Directions
- Melt butter in sauté pan and whisk in brown sugar until melted and combined. Add bananas to pan.
- Pour in rum and flame then add cinnamon.
- Serve over ice cream.

- 4 scoops ea Nature's Best Dairy® Ice Cream, Vanilla
- 2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Banana(s), peeled split in half lengthwise and quartered
- 1/2 cup West Creek® Sugar, Brown
- 1/4 lb Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted, cubed
- 1/2 cup rum, dark
- 2 tbsp Roma® Cinnamon, Ground
