Peak Fresh Produce® Street Corn
Directions
- Rub oil n corn then cook on open flame grill. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side.
- Whisk mayonnaise, chili powder, and ancho chili powder.
- Streak corn with the mayonnaise mixture on corn then sprinkle corn with cotija cheese and green onion then serve.

- 4 ea ears of corn, cleaned
- 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1/2 cup Delancey Street Deli® mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Contigo Cotija Cheese
- 1 tbsp ancho chili powder
- 1 tsp Magellan® Chili Powder
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh, chopped
