Peak Fresh Produce® Street Corn


  1. Rub oil n corn then cook on open flame grill. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side.
  2. Whisk mayonnaise, chili powder, and ancho chili powder.
  3. Streak corn with the mayonnaise mixture on corn then sprinkle corn with cotija cheese and green onion then serve.


  • 4 ea ears of corn, cleaned
  • 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1/2 cup Delancey Street Deli® mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Contigo Cotija Cheese
  • 1 tbsp ancho chili powder
  • 1 tsp Magellan® Chili Powder
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh, chopped
