Peak® Mushroom Ragout
Directions
- Heat olive oil in sauté pan over medium high heat and add mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in wine and slowly reduce by half. Add salt and pepper.
- Stir in fresh herbs then reserve for service.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Mushroom(s), Button, sliced
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp Roma® Pure Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 1/2 tsp Roma Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Thyme, Fresh, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Rosemary, Fresh, chopped
- 1/2 cup Piancone® Chablis cooking wine
