Peak® Mushroom Ragout

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in sauté pan over medium high heat and add mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour in wine and slowly reduce by half. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in fresh herbs then reserve for service.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Mushroom(s), Button, sliced
  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Roma® Pure Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Roma Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Thyme, Fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Rosemary, Fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Piancone® Chablis cooking wine
