Peak® Roasted Cauliflower


  1. Toss together cauliflower, herbs, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Place in 400°F pre-heated oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven then drizzle with balsamic glaze and share a bite.


  • 1 lb. Peak Fresh Produce® Cauliflower, Floret(s), blanched
  • 2 tsp Roma® Pure Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Thyme, Fresh, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 3 tbsp Piancone® Balsamic Glaze
