Directions
- Place cheese and bacon on skins, then place in heated 375-degree F. oven and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Remove from oven, add a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of chives then enjoy.

- 12 ea West Creek Baked Split Potato Skins, thawed
- 1 cup West Creek® cheese cheddar, shredded
- 1 cup Roma® Bacon Topping, cooked
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Chives, Fresh, chopped
- 1/2 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Sour Cream
