Braveheart® Steak Bite Sunrise Southwest Bowl

Directions

  1. Place tater tots, peppers, black beans, corn, and onions in bowl then top with steak bites.
  2. Top with sunny side up egg followed.
  3. Arrange sliced avocado on each bowl then top with salsa and a dollop of chipotle sour cream on top then serve.

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 Braveheart® Angus Steak Bites
  • for frying Brilliance® oil
  • 3 cups West Creek® tater tots, cooked
  • 2 Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s), cooked sunny side up
  • 1/2 Peak Fresh Produce® Avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), White, caramelized
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Green Bell, caramelized
  • 2 tbsp Contigo® medium salsa
  • 1/4 cup Contigo® black beans
  • 1/4 cup West Creek® Corn, Yellow Kernels
  • 1/4 cup Contigo® chipotle sour cream, (see recipe below)

Directions

  1. Whisk together ingredients and refrigerate until needed.

  • 2 tbsp Contigo® chipotle peppers, pureed
  • 1 tsp Ascend® Juice, Lime
  • 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, minced
