Hot Honey Ribs
Directions
- Rub Ribs with your favorite rub (3 Little Pigs touch of Cherry is Mine) and slow smoke or slow roast, (your choice)
- Wash and cut potato into wedges and toss in olive oil, garlic and salt and pepper. Roast in oven at 350 until done and a little browned.
- Wash and cut asparagus, drizzle with oil, squeeze lemon juice over and grill. Season with salt and pepper
- Prior to serving, heat ribs on grill or in oven, split the rack in ½ and brush on the spicy Mikes Hot Honey glaze.
- Place potatoes and asparagus on plate and layer ribs with glazed side and garnish asparagus with lemon zest.

- 1/4 tsp Roma Garlic, chopped
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), juice and zest
- 1 1/2 oz Mikes Hot Honey Sauce
- 1 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
- 3 wedges Peak Fresh Produce® Potato(es)
- 1 rack Allegiance® Premium Pork, Ribs
- salt and pepper, to taste
