Nature’s Best Dairy® Basil and Garlic Compound Butter
Directions
- Heat oil in sauté pan over medium heat, add garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Remove from pan and cool.
- Cut butter into large slices about ½-inch thick. Add butter, garlic, salt, and pepper to a mixer with a paddle attachment. Run on low heat for 20-30 seconds then medium heat for 10-15 seconds.
- Fold in basil and then remove mixture onto parchment paper. Roll into a long tube about as thick as a sliver dollar.
- Place tube on plastic wrap and roll tight twisting ends. Refrigerate until service or freeze until needed. Cut into disks for service.

- 1/2 cup Roma Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1 1/2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, minced
- 1 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 1 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
