Poblano and Hearts of Palm Salad


  1. Toss all ingredients with dressing and separate into two chilled salad bowls.
  2. Top with cotija cheese then serve.


  • 3 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Poblano Peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 3 cups Asian Pride Hearts of Palm, cut into wheels and drained
  • 1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, cut into rings, grilled
  • 1 ea Contigo® Avocado Halves, sliced
  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Cherry, quartered
  • 5 oz Village Garden® Italian garden dressing
  • 3 tbsp Contigo Cotija Cheese
